Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the End Defend Risk Intelligence Platform and related governance modules. By deploying the End Defend agent or accessing the administrative dashboard, your organization ("Client") agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

The Platform is designed strictly to facilitate corporate security auditing, compliance enforcement, and Shadow IT discovery on company-owned or authorized BYOD endpoints. You agree not to:

• Deploy the software on endpoints for which you lack legal ownership or explicit employee consent.
• Utilize the platform to bypass regional wiretapping or privacy statutes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, stress-test, or breach the centralized Cloud Infrastructure.

2. Licensing and Quotas

Your access is governed by the Tier Plan selected during deployment. The Free Tier explicitly limits active endpoint deployments per tenant. End Defend reserves the right to halt data ingestion if device counts exceed allocated limits without a corresponding Plan Upgrade approval from our engineering dispatch.

3. Limitation of Liability

End Defend provides Risk Intelligence and routing rules "as is." While we target a 99.99% operational SLA, we are not liable for incidental data loss, business interruption, or unmitigated security breaches occurring within your organizational perimeter.
